-- Shadows falling down on the beach sand
Remembering once,
Out on the beaches we wore
Pineapple grass bracelets

So why would you care
To get out of this place
You and me and all our friends
Such a happy human race --
Dave Matthews Band, Trippin' Billies

Hi! Sorry, no time for a real etailed post, but I did just update my online pics, so check 'em out. Tomorrow we ride the TGV for 5 hours, the length of France from Cannes to Paris which should be pretty scenic. I will be thinking of Mission Impossible I (sweet fight scene on the roof of the TGV...back when TC was still sane). Tonight we are hanging out on the beach for our last night here. I have done much swimming during my two weeks here because the water is too beautiful for a pisces like me to resist. We as a group have definitely taken advantage of having a great beach a minute from our dorms. Almost every night someone is out on the beach swimming or hanging out, and at any given moment during the day, there are a few happy campers out there sunbathing. I personally have been in the water everyday since I got here. I will miss having the Med at my fingertips..

At any rate, I will update this when I get settled with whomever I'm staying with...it's still a big mystery. Till then, a tout a l'heure.

Hey, Mike. Glad you are enjoying yourself. The pics are lovely - especially Ile de St Honorat. I'm keeping Pa and Nanny updated with the blog. Be safe going to Paris.

Love, Neanne

Wow, talk about some great pictures. If your Dad still has the painting bug, he's sure to get a lot of instiration from those! You definitely have an "eye" for capturing the scene.

Just browsing through....looks like *quite * the experience! Excellent photos, too...well framed, good composition, etc...I approve! Have fun in Paris, watch out for pick-pockets (personal experience!) But do enjoy the wine...
