As I type this, I'm sitting in a cafe in Amsterdam (No, not one of those types of cafes..) sipping a hot chocolate and munching on a croissant. Amsterdam is really beautiful, I had no idea. Quite a place too...
This week I'll post about my Ireland trip then after that, the current Brussels/A'Dam trip.
Home in 13 days...

What a great weekend that sounded like, Mike. Got your postcard--thanks for thinking of us--will see that Jeff gets to read it. I felt like I had gone home the very first time I visited Ireland, too. I think I had always been a little jealous of our Italian community's many traditions with food and song, etc. On my visit to Ireland, I realized that we (Irish) also have beautiful artwork, wonderful emotional songs and tasty, traditional foods to celebrate. We are NOT just about jokes and drinking! From then on, I had a whole new identity with "being Irish". It's good to go home.
